In the DHI program at Thiel College, a small group of students take a course called “Communicating Effectively”. In this course I was able to learn at a fast-paced level how to write and present effectively.
Because of this, my “big project” this semester was a paper called “Strategy to Sanctuary: Characteristics of Secular and Pastoral Leaders”. This paper shows how secular and pastoral leaders share essential skills, but the skills needed to be a pastoral leader complement those of a secular leader.
