In my honors writing class, Communicating Effectively, I wrote a paper on ethical leadership for my final paper. As a result I found that secular and pastoral leaders share essential skills, but the skills needed to be a pastoral leader complement those of a secular leader.

This topic was important to me because I have experienced both “good” and bad” leadership and I have my own leadership experience that I want to work on.
