Our youth group bi-yearly goes on retreats, and what is a better way to commemorate our time then with a highlight reel. For the last 3 retreats, I have been responsible for:

• Building a team of photographers and videographers (with varying skillsets) to capture important moments
• Photograph/Video baptisms
• Collect, sort, and edit all clips together using Final Cut Pro X

In the past, I have sent out a technical document with details on how to shoot the best quality video on iPhones and made a weekend schedule, however, this year, with how the weekend went, I just wanted videos! I have included examples of the schedule and technical guidelines.
